Q. How will I know when my order will arrive?
A. When you order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Orders will be processed in two days or less. Regular orders are sent by priority mail and should be received in 5 business days. If you have not received your order, use your tracking number to make sure it is still not in transit. If you think your product is lost of stolen, please contact us at: pausetape@gmail.com.
Q. How much are shipping costs?
A. Shipping is free.
Q. Do you offer express shipping?
A. No. We do not offer expedited or rush shipping at this time.
Q. Can I return items or exchange them?
A. Yes. First, contact us at: pausetape@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your shipment. We will then email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form that must be completed and returned items within 7 days of us emailing it to you. Returned items must be in new condition, unworn, and with all original tags intact. Send us your return shipment tracking number so you have proof that we received your returned item.
Q. Can I make changes to my order?
A. If we can locate the item before your order is shipped, we may be able to adjust your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes after an order has been processed and shipped.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. No. We only ship within the 48 Continental United States.
Q. What forms of payment to you accept?
A. We accept Major Credit/ Debit Cards.
Q. Do you ship to Military bases?
A. No, we do not ship to military bases at this time.
